glubpk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "glubpk," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the glubpk platform accessible at glubpk.net, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the glubpk website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, software, games, betting exchanges, payment facilities, account management systems, and any other services made available through glubpk.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the glubpk Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the glubpk Platform, through which a player accesses services and holds a PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using a player's deposited PKR balance, as distinct from any free-play or demonstration modes.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's Account by glubpk, distinct from deposited Real Money balances.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets a player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and proof of payment method verification, required under glubpk's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the glubpk Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the glubpk Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by glubpk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with glubpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the glubpk Platform and close your Account by contacting glubpk support at [email protected].

glubpk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the glubpk Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. glubpk enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players without exception.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity, and not as a corporate entity, agent, or representative of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of glubpk or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the glubpk Platform or any affiliated platform, or if a prior self-exclusion period has expired, it has done so completely and without any pending restrictions.

glubpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of account operation, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by glubpk will result in account suspension pending resolution.

4Account Registration & Security

To access Real Money Play on the glubpk Platform, you must register a player Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the glubpk Platform. The creation or maintenance of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which glubpk strongly recommends;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify glubpk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

glubpk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. glubpk will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

glubpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods currently supported on the Platform:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.

glubpk reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. This may include a screenshot or photograph of the payment account confirming the registered name matches your glubpk Account details.

6Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal. This includes submission and approval of valid identity documentation and proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved by glubpk following a formal verification review.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated Real Money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• glubpk processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes of request approval on average. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day.

glubpk reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing. During such a review, the requested funds will be temporarily held pending outcome. Players will be notified of any review and the estimated resolution timeframe via their registered contact details.

7Bonuses & Promotions

glubpk offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all glubpk promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Promotional offers are available exclusively to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's individual terms, which may include account verification status, minimum deposit requirements, and geographic restrictions.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for glubpk bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the bet value. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless an individual promotion specifies a different period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without exception.
5. Bonus Abuse: glubpk actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account play, and exploitation of promotional errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.
6. Promotion Availability: glubpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any Bonus Funds already credited to player accounts at the time of cancellation.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the glubpk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question. The following general principles apply across all glubpk betting and gaming activities:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is confirmed only when glubpk's systems have accepted and recorded it. In the event of any system error or disconnection occurring before confirmation, the bet is not valid and any stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Obvious Errors: glubpk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were offered due to a manifest error, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or typographical mistakes. In such cases, all stakes will be returned to the players concerned.
• Cricket Betting: PSL, international, and other cricket markets are subject to dedicated cricket betting rules available within the sports betting section of the glubpk Platform. Match abandonment, interruption due to weather, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application are all governed by these specific rules.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final as determined by the dealer and confirmed by the game software. Video recordings of all live dealer sessions are maintained. In the event of a dispute, glubpk will review the relevant recording as part of its resolution process.
• Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is available within the game information panel. Slot results cannot be influenced by any player action beyond the initiation of a spin.
• Maximum Win: Certain games and bet types may be subject to a maximum single-game win cap. Where applicable, this cap is displayed within the relevant game or market interface. glubpk reserves the right to apply a platform-wide maximum payout limit per player per day.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the glubpk Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino or poker games;
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform system — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the glubpk Platform's underlying software or infrastructure;
• Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward glubpk staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any other illegal source.

10Account Suspension & Closure

glubpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months — inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 100 after the inactivity period, applied to any remaining balance;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player;
• Player self-exclusion request submitted via glubpk's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon permanent account closure for any reason other than breach of these terms, glubpk will process a withdrawal of any verified Real Money balance to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact glubpk support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Players who have pending withdrawals at the time of closure will have those withdrawals processed before the closure is finalised.

11Responsible Gaming

glubpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help players maintain healthy play habits. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, Real Money Play is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. Upon reaching the configured limit, the player will be automatically logged out of their Account.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, Account login is suspended. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or fixed-term self-exclusion from the glubpk Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and the player cannot create a new Account.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the glubpk Platform, including but not limited to the glubpk name, logo, trade marks, service marks, game titles (including Mines Grand and Midas Fortune), software, source code, design elements, graphics, written content, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of glubpk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the glubpk Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from glubpk;
• Create derivative works based on glubpk content or software;
• Use glubpk trade marks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation without written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the glubpk Platform on any other website or digital platform.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, glubpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

glubpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from player-side security failures;
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure beyond glubpk's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the player's breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses resulting from the player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit glubpk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14Amendments to Terms

glubpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible on this page, displaying the effective date of the most recent revision in the header of this document.

Where glubpk determines that a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects a player's rights or obligations — glubpk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of the change to all registered players via their registered mobile number or email address prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the glubpk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which glubpk holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a player and glubpk, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The player must first submit a formal written complaint to glubpk via [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and all relevant account information. glubpk will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with glubpk's response, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under glubpk's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body and the escalation process will be provided in glubpk's initial complaint response.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above processes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in glubpk's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

During any pending dispute resolution process, glubpk may place a temporary hold on the player's account balance. This hold does not constitute any admission of liability on the part of glubpk.
